Meet the people leading this mission
We are the church planters of Calvary Curitiba. God placed in our hearts the calling to plant a church in Curitiba that reflects Christ's love in an authentic, welcoming, and Word-centered way. Our dream is to see a community where every person finds their place, grows in faith, and lives on mission.

Do Not Call It Unclean
Kaká Monteiro · September 27, 2026
The preacher begins by inviting the community to reflect on those who still consider certain people or situations as unclean, stirring curiosity about how God can transform unexpected hearts. He presents the account from Acts 10, where a hungry Peter has a vision of a sheet full of unclean animals and hears the divine voice saying: "do not call unclean what God has purified". From this episode, the teaching highlights that Cornelius, a Gentile centurion, already lived a genuine faith, but had not yet experienced full conversion, and that God was already working in his heart even before the message was proclaimed. Finally, the preacher invites listeners to examine their own faith journey, recognizing that no heart is beyond God's reach, and encourages them to open themselves to the divine call, trusting in the transformation the Holy Spirit works in each life.
