Calvary Curitiba

In this sermon, we explore the meaning of Pentecost and how the Holy Spirit manifested among the disciples. From Acts 2, verse 1, we understand that Pentecost was a Jewish festival that celebrated the first fruits of the harvest and marked the day when the law was given to Israel. The disciples, gathered in the same place, received the Holy Spirit, who manifested as a strong wind sound and tongues of fire, allowing them to speak in other languages and testify of Christ's love. This event was an important milestone in the formation of the church and reminds us that the Holy Spirit is a living and active presence in our lives, enabling us to witness and live for God.
